Ordering
Our products are primarily intended for trade and industrial use, but purchases can be made by the general public.
Fulfilment Times
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 business days.
- Made-to-order items have varying lead times depending on your requirements. We will contact you if more information is needed.
Payments
- Online orders are paid securely via credit card using WooPayments.
Shipping
- We offer delivery through Aramex (for small packages up to 25kg or 40kg cubic) and TNT (for heavier goods, including cartons up to 70kg and pallets up to 1000kg).
- If preferred, we can quote alternative courier options upon request.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and risk passes upon dispatch. Hercules Plastics is not responsible for any delivery delays or damage once goods leave our premises.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Privacy
We collect customer information through our website for the purpose of processing orders and providing after-sales support. This information is handled internally and not shared with third parties unless legally required.

- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless the Customer holds a credit-approved trade account.
- Trade account applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and terms will be provided upon approval.
4. Title & Risk
- Title to the goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.
- Risk in the goods passes to the Customer at the time of dispatch from the Company’s premises.
5. Delivery
- While the Company aims to dispatch goods in accordance with advertised timelines, it is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Deliveries are fulfilled by external courier services such as, but not limited to, Aramex and TNT. Risk and responsibility for goods in transit lie with the Customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
- The Company does not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect ordering.
- Any exceptions to this policy are at the Company’s sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
7. Warranties
- The Company does not offer any express or implied warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the goods for their intended application.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for loss or damage arising from the use of its goods.
- The Company’s liability, if any, is limited to the replacement or resupply of the goods.
